Wayne M. Cowan is a seasoned program manager currently serving as the H-1 Program Office Program Manager at DCS Corp since January 2020. Cowan has extensive experience in the aviation sector, having held the position of Senior Analyst at Zenetex from October 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included acting as a Senior Program Requirements Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for Heavy Lift Rotorcraft. Prior to this, Cowan was a Senior Analyst and Branch Manager at DCS Corporation from December 2005 to October 2014, continuing to focus on Heavy Lift Helicopter programs. Cowan began a distinguished career with the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Master Gunnery Sergeant after serving from 1977 to 2005, where roles included Aircraft Maintenance Chief and personnel management for a significant number of aviation technicians. Cowan holds a Bachelor's degree in Military Management and Program Acquisition from American Military University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology Management at Strayer University.
