Jeff Cortez is an experienced estimating manager currently with DCS - Designed Conveyor Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing the estimation process since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff spent over a decade at Intelligrated, serving in various managerial positions that involved leading engineering teams in concepting and estimating material handling solutions for the Midwest and Central regions. Jeff’s earlier career includes significant experience at FKI Logistex as an operations manager and project engineer, and at Paltier as chief project engineer, where contributions led to increased engineered systems sales and enhanced manufacturing productivity. Jeff holds a degree in General Engineering with specializations in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
