Heather (Taylor) Hess is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at DCS - Designed Conveyor Systems since March 2022, Heather also contributes as a Senior L&D Professional and Independent Consultant at Genuine Performance Solutions (GPS) since August 2019. Previous roles include Talent Development Manager at Mohawk Industries, Senior Manager Learning Development at Morton Buildings, and various organizational development positions at Caterpillar Inc., where Heather developed and executed leadership programs and strategic learning initiatives. Heather's career began in the military as a Supply Management Technician in the Air National Guard. Heather holds a Master's degree in Communication with a focus on Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Western Illinois University.
