Gabriel Rybicki CSM, LPM is an accomplished PMO Director with extensive experience in strategic planning and project execution. Currently serving as Director of the PMO at DCS - Designed Conveyor Systems since May 2023, Gabriel specializes in refining PMO processes and governance standards for successful project delivery. Previous roles include Senior Manager PMO - Governance at FORTNA, where responsibilities included directing Agile program management and software project management, and managing various projects at Fourth, Capital District Transportation Authority, DynTek, Star One Consulting Group, Hudson Valley Logistics & Distribution, LLC, and Railex. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The College of Saint Rose.
