Scott Masson currently serves as the Senior Director of Mission Success at Dcode since November 2024. Previously, Scott held roles including Technical Project Manager and IT Analyst at ARServices, and DTRA Information Technology Project Analyst at DEFTEC Corporation. Between 2018 and 2020, Scott worked as an Engagements Planner for the 1st Information Operations Command (Land), where over 100 strategic engagements were coordinated for senior leaders. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Director in the G39 Information Operations Division at U.S. Army Cyber Command and an Interagency Fellow at FEMA, focusing on training and doctrinal development. Scott's military background includes various leadership positions in the U.S. Army, culminating in Battalion Commander for the 3-81 Armor Regiment. Scott holds a Master of Science degree from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
