Marc Mordaunt has extensive experience in the retail and service industries, with a focus on customer relations and sales. Currently serving as an OEM Purchasing and PIM Specialist at Distributor Corporation of New England since April 2015, Marc previously held roles including Parts Counter Sales Representative at Homans Associates and Assistant Store Manager at The Millstores. Early professional experience includes a Customer Service Representative position at Electric Insurance Company, where Marc achieved a mentoring role within a year and received numerous customer compliments, as well as a Service and Training Manager role at Gap Inc./Old Navy.
