Vaibhav Bajaj is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in lateral flow development and fermentation processes. Currently serving as Research Scientist II at DCN Dx since May 2020, Vaibhav has demonstrated expertise in client-facing R&D tasks and scale-up equipment for lateral flow. Previous roles include Research Scientist I and Research Associate at DCN Dx, focusing on optimizing test strip design and assay components. Vaibhav's background also encompasses roles at Zymergen, Inc., Abaxis, Inc., and Genentech, showcasing a strong foundation in scientific research, data analysis, and medical device development. Vaibhav holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
