Mateja Kolarič has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Mateja currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at DCMN, where they provide growth marketing support and develops customized technologies for digital businesses. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Berlin Brands Group. Mateja also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wayfair and held various roles at MODOMOTO | Curated Shopping GmbH, including HR Recruiting Manager and HR Generalist & Coordinator. Before entering the field of talent acquisition, Mateja worked as a Branch Lead & People Manager at Italywithus.com and as a Sales Manager at the same company. Mateja began their career as a Project & Marketing Manager at Verus Call Center & Marketing Agency Slovenia, followed by a role as Marketing Manager at Laboratoire Fleur de Santé. Mateja also gained experience in tourism information and promotion through their position at Maribor - Pohorje Tourist Board. Mateja started their career as a Project & Marketing Management Intern at the same organization.

Mateja Kolarič obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from the University of Primorska, Faculty for Tourism Studies Portorose - Turistica, from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at Univerza v Mariboru from 2011 to 2023.
