Victor M. Bravo is the current Director of Mexico at DCH. Prior to this, they spent 14 years and 7 months at Mondelēz International, where they held various positions such as Regional People Services Lead, HR Director Mexico BU., HR Integrated Supply Chain Associate Director, and HR Transformation Manager. Victor was also responsible for leading the HR Transformation agenda and providing Change Management support to the company's main Transformation Initiatives.
Before Mondelēz International, Victor spent 15 years and 4 months at PEPSICO AMERICAS FOODS, where they were the Manager of Change Management and the Manager of Human Resources (Sales and Operations). Victor was responsible for developing the Change Management platform for Gamesa, as well as leading the Change Management strategy for the company's major change projects.
Victor has also held the position of Jefe de Recursos Humanos (Head of Human Resources) at Gamesa S.de R.L. de C.V. for 2 years and 1 month. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing Human Resources Strategies, Organizational Development, and Labor Climate in different entities across the country.
