Álvaro Vázquez is the current Director of Spain at DCH. Prior to their current position, they served as HR Director Iberia & Latam for Verisure Securitas Direct for six years and one month. Additionally, they have served on the board of DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano for two years and one month and as a member of the Board of Advisors for KIABI España for nine years and ten months. Vázquez has also been a professor of Strategic Management Programme in HR at IE Business School for nine years and four months. In addition to their professional experience, Vázquez is also a co-founder of Unlimiteck, where they served as Talent & Culture Leader for one year and three months. Before Unlimiteck, Vázquez served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Nielsen, where they were in charge of Human Resources, Legal, Marketing and Comunication. Álvaro has also served as Chief Human Resources Officer for ORIZONIA CORPORACION and HR Director for Inditex Zara, where they worked for thirteen years and three months. Additionally, Vázquez has experience as an HR Consultant for Grupo Clave and as an intern in the Finance Department for IBM España.
