Rhonda Madison, RHIA, CCS, has extensive experience in health information management, currently serving as the HIM Coding, CDI, Compliance and Reimbursement Manager at DCH Health System since November 2015. Prior to this role, Rhonda held various positions at Elkhart General Hospital from October 2004 to December 2015, including HIM Coding Manager, HIM Coding Team Leader, HIM Coder, and Office Manager. Rhonda's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 2019 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Tyler Junior College, completed in 2012.
