Sandeep Sharma has over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sector, with a strong focus on commercial vehicle and construction equipment loans. Currently serving as Head of Product Vehicle Loans at DCB Bank since April 2015, Sandeep manages various aspects including product and process development, portfolio monitoring, and vendor management. Previously, Sandeep held leadership positions at ING Vysya Bank, where the establishment of the commercial vehicle and construction equipment business in North India was a key responsibility. Roles at Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd and ICICI Bank further underscored expertise in regional sales management and channel partnerships. Sandeep began the journey in commercial vehicle finance at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co Ltd. Sandeep holds a PGDM in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
