Alexandra has been working for over 20 years to reimagine and redesign schools driving towards impacts that increase opportunities and outcomes for students in K-12 education systems. Alexandra currently oversees the school partnerships, redesign, and improvement efforts for schools with TenSquare. In this role, she has led school redesign efforts for thousands of students improving school outcomes and closing opportunity gaps. Previously, she was the Executive Director of Thurgood Marshall Academy Public Charter School from 2011-2015 and the Academic Director of the school for the five years prior.
