James Holley-Grisham has extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector, currently serving as a Multifamily Loan Underwriter and HIP Project Manager at the DC Housing Finance Agency since June 2021. Previously, James worked as a Sr. Multifamily Loan Analyst and as a Real Estate Associate at Providence Community Housing, where involvement included financing and development of affordable housing in the New Orleans Metro Area. Additional roles encompass a Real Estate Intern focusing on financing applications and redevelopment due diligence, as well as instructing a Real Estate Finance Lab at Tulane University. Prior experience includes data acquisition work as an intern at the New Orleans Business Alliance and teaching high school mathematics. James holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from St. Lawrence University.
