Ryan McCoy is a Design Coordinator at DC Public Library since September 2016 and has served as Adjunct Faculty of Visual Art and Design at George Mason University since January 2010, teaching various subjects including Painting, Drawing, Aesthetics, Theory and Criticism, Design Foundations, and Color Theory. As a Visual Artist, Ryan McCoy has maintained an independent studio practice since January 2000 and is currently an Artist In Residence at Arlington Art Center. Ryan McCoy holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from George Mason University (2009-2013) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the same institution (2004-2008).
