Jit Kakati has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources, Payroll and Compensation at DBSI Services since December 2005. Prior to this role, Jit held the position of Senior Assistant Manager at a confidential company from August 1986 to January 2000. Jit Kakati earned a BS Com in Taxation and Audit from Calcutta University and a BHM in Hospitality from IHM Calcutta, both completed between 1983 and 1986.
