Jann Varner, FLMI, has been an integral part of DBS Diversified Brokerage Services since December 1995, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Case Design. Responsibilities include hiring and training a multi-generational case design team and implementing innovative technological solutions for enhanced team efficiency. Previous roles at DBS include Director and Manager of the Case Design Team, and Marketing Associate. Before joining DBS, Jann Varner worked as Production Manager for Mystery Science Theater 3000 from June 1991 to June 1995. Jann Varner holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and Theater from the University of Minnesota, as well as the Fellow designation from the Life Management Institute and additional education from The American College of Financial Services.
