Swee Kiak Tan is a Vice President in Group Open Account Trade Product Management at DBS Bank, with a focus on managing the Receivables Purchase portfolio and developing innovative trade finance products. Tan has played a pivotal role in transforming the bank's core factoring product through digitalization and fostering ecosystem partnerships to enhance value for corporate clients. Tan's experience also includes strategic roles during a management associate program across various departments, which contributed to the structuring of equity placements and the development of corporate banking strategies. Additionally, Tan serves as Head of Operations for the 68 Combat Service Support Battalion in the Singapore Armed Forces, overseeing logistics planning and operational execution for over 700 personnel. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees from HKUST and Ivey Business School, as well as a bachelor's degree from UCL.
