Prabhat Gupta serves as the Whole-Time Director at DBS Bank since January 2024 and is currently the Managing Director and Head of Legal, Compliance, and CoSec at DBS Bank India Limited, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes leading Regulatory Compliance for Standard Chartered Bank India and overseeing Regulatory Affairs at L&T Financial Services. Gupta also managed Indian operations for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and held a significant role at the Reserve Bank of India for nearly 25 years, focusing on regulatory policy and supervision.
