Lakshmi Narayana Reddy Pulagam is a versatile professional with experience in content creation and user experience design. Currently a Content Creator at YouTube since June 2020, Lakshmi produces educational videos focused on Visual Effects and 3D animations. Concurrently, as a User Experience Designer at Horizontal since November 2022, Lakshmi worked with DBS Bank in Singapore, developing tools like journey maps and user personas from user research. Previously, at Cognizant from November 2020 to November 2022, Lakshmi collaborated with product managers and designers for NBC in the USA to refine user interfaces. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior UI/UX Designer at skyylives infotech pvt ltd, where Lakshmi established a governance framework for Design Systems. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, earned in 2019.
