Mahalia Albino is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in people engagement and transformation, currently serving as Vice President at DBS Bank since July 2011. Mahalia leads the implementation of employee engagement frameworks and internal communications strategies, enhancing corporate culture and operationalizing initiatives that align with the bank's Employee Value Proposition. Prior to DBS Bank, Mahalia held roles at Abacus International Pte Ltd and Cebu Pacific Air, contributing expertise in project management, data analytics, and strategic planning. Mahalia has received multiple awards for excellence in employee engagement and has been recognized for innovative contributions to organizational development. Mahalia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ateneo de Davao University.
