Pierre-Richard Gautier is an experienced Senior Project Manager and Head of the Philadelphia Office at DBI Projects, where responsibilities include overseeing owner’s representation, project management, and real estate advisory. Since August 2017, Pierre-Richard has contributed to the firm's mission of unlocking opportunities and empowering decision-making in various projects. Previously, from October 2014 to July 2017, Pierre-Richard served as a Project Manager at Soho Properties, overseeing the development of high-rise hotels and cultural centers, while managing marketing, budgets, schedules, investor relations, and lender requirements. Pierre-Richard holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
