Ken Eriks is a seasoned coaching professional specializing in leadership development and culture-building for congregations, currently serving as a coach and consultant with DBD Group since January 2019. With a rich background in the Reformed Church in America, Ken held various leadership roles including Director of Special Projects, where responsibilities included overseeing grant outcomes, and Director of Transformational Engagement from April 2004 to January 2014. Prior to these positions, Ken was the Minister of Preaching and Congregational Leadership at Fellowship Reformed Church. Ken's academic credentials include a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Hope College.
