Kali Righter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in philanthropy and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at DBD Group since April 2023, Kali previously worked at Blackbaud as a Customer Enablement Program Manager for Raiser's Edge NXT from August 2022 to March 2023. From October 2017 to August 2022, Kali held multiple roles at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, including Director of Philanthropy Systems and Executive Director of Annual Giving. Prior experience includes serving as Database and Strategic Information Manager at the Nashville Public Library Foundation and various development positions at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee from November 2011 to March 2016. Kali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2011.
