Wayne is a non-executive director, advisory board member, committee chair and management consultant with experience across the education, chemical and consumer goods, construction, defence and government sectors. His expertise in strategy, governance and negotiations helps to grow businesses and enable more predictable relationships and outcomes.

Board level roles include Non-Executive Director at Acknowledge Education, Advisory Board at DB Results and Thomas & Coffey, Chair of the AICD’s Education Review Committee and a Global Market Direction Team at Henkel KGaA. C-level roles include CMO at Loctite Aust/NZ, senior negotiation strategist at ENS International, and Founder and Principal Consultant at Pathfinders Downunder.

Wayne is an accredited mediator, certified practicing marketer, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Australian Marketing Institute, and is the author of FROM HOPE TO STRATEGY: The Anatomy of Negotiation.
