Mansoureh Deldar Gildeh is currently serving as a Praktikant HR Business Partner at DB E.C.O. Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mansoureh gained experience in personal controlling at degewo AG from February 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included creating personnel-related data for various reports and analyzing relevant personnel statistics for internal and external stakeholders. Previous positions include working as an Einkäuferin at LEAG in 2022 and as a Logistikleiterin at Petrokala Oil & Gas Industrie Company (ARIYA) from August 2016 to September 2019. Mansoureh also worked as a payroll accountant at Gilan University from July 2014 to July 2016. Education includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing from Payame Noor University.
