Marcy Keeling is an experienced education professional with a background in academic coaching and school administration. Currently serving as an Academic Coach at Daytona State College since September 2022, Marcy previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Flagler County School District from July 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating student growth initiatives and enhancing the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) process. Prior roles at Seminole County Public Schools included Assistant Principal and Instructional Specialist, focusing on professional learning communities and instructional needs analysis for K-5 students. As a 3rd Grade Teacher, Marcy contributed to district curriculum development and vocabulary instruction. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Education Consultant and various positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where Marcy provided curriculum support and managed professional development initiatives. Marcy holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida.
