David E. Lawrence, Ph.D. is currently serving as the Interim Superintendent at Dayton Public School District. David E. has a background in education leadership and curriculum development, having previously worked as a principal, curriculum consultant, and chief academic officer in various school districts. With a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change, David has a strong focus on school reform, improvement, equity, and addressing implicit bias in the education system.
