Somen Mondal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management and technology. Currently serving as General Manager at Dayforce since January 2024, Somen oversees the Talent suite of products, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Somen held the role of General Manager at Ceridian, leading Talent Intelligence initiatives and reporting to the CTO from May 2021 to April 2024. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Ideal, an AI-powered talent screening system, Somen successfully guided the company through its acquisition by Ceridian in 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Sales Marketing at The Master Lock Company and co-founding Field ID, where Somen established the company as a leader in inspection and safety compliance management. Somen's educational background includes an MBA from Queen's University and a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
