Quennie Gomboc is a seasoned professional in Learning & Development with extensive experience in training program management and learning management systems. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at Ceridian since September 2022, Gomboc oversees the execution of Learning & Leadership Development initiatives and collaborates with teams to enhance training plans and support employee development. Previous roles include Training Program Manager at Shearwater Health, where Gomboc managed the Talent LMS, and Training & Project Supervisor at Quintegral Philippines, focusing on Moodle administration. Other significant accomplishments span roles at Payreto, ABS-CBN Corporation, and Madrid Philippines, where Gomboc implemented training systems, developed curricula, and conducted numerous training sessions. Gomboc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
