John Pasqua is a highly experienced professional with a focus on workforce management and technology solutions. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect - Services at Ceridian since April 2016, John leads multi-client implementations of the Dayforce HCM product. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Aon Hewitt Canada from April 2005 to May 2015, providing leadership in Time and Labor domains and managing technical teams for major clients like CVS Health and Bank of America. John's earlier experience includes roles at Exult Canada, where oversight of Workbrain application integration occurred, as well as at BMO Financial Group, where responsibilities included network administration and application development. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Guelph and additional educational credentials in Information Systems.
