Christine Casper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, account management, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Services at Ceridian since 2011, Christine leads a Customer Success Manager Team and is responsible for business development, sales, and thought leadership. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Vice President of Account Management at Ceridian, overseeing the western region of the U.S. at an operational level. Christine's career also includes significant roles at Fidelity Investments as Senior Vice President of Benefit Plan Services, where strategic consulting with clients resulted in enhanced operational efficiencies, and an 18-year tenure at ADP in various leadership roles focused on meeting strategic objectives. Christine holds a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration from the University of Utah.
