Cole Schaffer serves as the Vice President of Operations at Day One Agency since July 2022. Prior to this role, Cole held various leadership positions at Sodexo from April 2016 to September 2022, including Senior Area General Manager, where management encompassed a $16 million volume overseeing operations for major law firm accounts. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager of a $20 million aviation lounge operation and as Beverage Director at Neta from September 2012 to April 2016. Cole also owned and managed CultureFix, a recognized art bar, where notable clients included NBC Universal and HBO. Early career roles include Monger at Bedford Cheese Shop and Manager at China Grill Management. Cole obtained a Bachelor's degree in European History from CUNY Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies between 2005 and 2008.
