Joy Hackett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joy started their career in 1999 at Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women, where they served as a Systems Support Specialist until 2004. In 2003, they were promoted to the position of Director of IT, a role they held until 2010. During this time, they also served on the Board of Directors at Motionsoft from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Joy joined Motionsoft as a Data Reporting Analyst and worked there until 2020. Joy then moved to Daxko, where they initially worked as an Analytics Consultant from September 2020 to January 2021. Joy was then promoted to the role of Senior Data Visualization Engineer, which they held until April 2023. Currently, Joy holds the position of Principal Data Visualization Engineer at Daxko.

Joy Hackett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Suffolk University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including CompTIA Data+, Learning the OWASP Top 10, Master the OWASP Top 10, and various certifications related to the OWASP Top 10 topics from LinkedIn.
