Hildegarde Aguinaldo serves as Associate General Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2018, with previous titles including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Additionally, Hildegarde has been a member of the Board of Governors for California Community Colleges since February 2018 and a Commissioner at the Los Angeles County Hospitals & Healthcare Delivery Commission since 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealthcare, President of the State of California Acupuncture Board, General Counsel and Managing Director at The Santa Maria Group, and Healthcare Litigation Associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Hildegarde also contributed as a Community Board Member at Northridge Hospital Medical Center and worked as Deputy of Health and Legal Affairs for a Los Angeles City Councilmember. Hildegarde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics with a minor in Public Health from UCLA, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School, and a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
