Mr. Lamson received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska in 1971 and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1972 before serving as the law clerk for the Honorable Perry G. Bowen. In 1973, he served as the Assistant to the State’s Attorney for Calvert County until 1975. After several years in private practice, in 1978, Mr. Lamson was elected as the State’s Attorney for Calvert County Maryland.
