Michael Goliber has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Michael started their career at the City of Winston-Salem as a Civil Engineer, where they managed capital improvement programs and directed sewer inflow/infiltration management programs. Michael also performed water and sewer studies for future development in Forsyth County.
Goliber then worked at Finkbeiner, Pettis & Strout, Inc. as an Environmental Engineer, where they designed water and sewer systems for municipalities and handled network administrator duties.
After that, they became the President of MPGIS Engineering Services, PLLC, where they supervised GPS data collection and field evaluation projects, converted existing data into GIS compatible format, and performed GIS and IT needs assessments for municipalities.
Goliber's most recent position was at Davis-Martin-Powell & Associates, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager/Business Development Director. In this role, they were responsible for various business development activities, including market intelligence gathering, development of business development plans, sales activities, proposal preparation, marketing strategies, and branding. Michael also managed projects from conception through construction and led the GIS and Modeling Group.

Michael Goliber received their Regent's Degree in Math & Science from Corning/Painted Post West High in the years 1986 to 1989. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, graduating in the years 1989 to 1993.
