Dan Janis is a Partner at Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate law. Prior to joining Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C., Dan worked as a Corporate Associate at Goulston & Storrs and Skadden Arps. Dan obtained their BA in French from Cornell University and went on to earn their law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
