Melissa Ojeda has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent roles as a Human Resources Director at Davis Elen Advertising and INFUSION by castells. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at RPA and worked as a Store Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy for seven years.

Melissa Ojeda attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Human Resources. In 2013, they also received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
