Kristina Belle, CAPS, is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Davis Development since February 2023. Previously, Kristina held similar roles at Rentyl Apartments and Weller, along with positions at Altman Management Company where responsibilities included Associate Training Manager, and Altman Contractors as a Property Manager. Earlier experience includes managing properties at ZRS Management, where Kristina progressed from Property Manager to Regional Property Manager, and an extensive tenure at ContraVest Management as Regional Property Director and Community Director. Kristina's career began at UDR as a Marketing Associate.
