Rachelle Blackham has extensive work experience in the field of public health. Rachelle is currently serving as the Deputy Health Officer and Senior Services Director at Davis County Government since 2022.
Before this role, Rachelle worked at the Davis County Health Department for several years. Rachelle held various positions including Deputy Health Officer/Senior Services Director, Environmental Health Director, Environmental Health Deputy Director, and Bureau Manager. Rachelle joined the department in 2008 and continued to contribute their expertise until their move to Davis County Government.
Rachelle Blackham pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor's of Science degree from Weber State University, where they specialized in Zoology, Microbiology, and Chemistry. Rachelle attended Weber State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, Rachelle furthered their studies at Westminster University, where they completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from 2012 to 2014.
