Stephanie Stratton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and human resources. Currently serving as a Compliance Associate at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since January 2022, Stephanie previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Blackstone from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, Stephanie held multiple roles at Asphalt Green, assisting the COO, CPO, and HR Director with various operational tasks. Stephanie's career began at Target, where responsibilities included managing human resources for a large team and overseeing sales floor operations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, obtained in 2012.
