Juan Rivera is a highly experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise in structured products and quantitative analytics. Currently serving as a Structured Products Investment Professional at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since July 2014, Juan previously held the position of Quantitative Analytics Vice President at Barclays Capital from September 2008 to July 2014 and worked as a Quantitative Credit Research Analyst and Structured Credit Analytics Analyst at Lehman Brothers from July 2007 to September 2008. Juan holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Finance from Columbia University (2008-2012) and two BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics with a specialization in Finance, Operations, and Information Management from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School (2002-2007). Educational foundation was established at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, graduating in 2002.
