Raymond Janzer has extensive experience in store operations, construction, store design, events, and new store operations. Raymond held various roles at David's Bridal, including Senior Director of Store Operations / Construction / Store Design / Events, Director of Store Operations / Construction / Store Design / Events / New Stores, and Director of Construction / Store Design / New Store Operations. Prior to their time at David's Bridal, Raymond worked as a Store Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods and as a Store Team Leader at Target. Raymond also has experience at Circuit City, where they served as a Senior Project Manager, Retail Operations, Store Director, and National Trainer.

Raymond Janzer completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology at Florida International University from 1994 to 1997.
