Victoria Kasumu is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Fractional Global Chief People Officer at David Zwirner since January 2023, where leadership in global People Operations aligns HR strategies with the organization’s artistic mission. As Chief People Officer at Maisonette since January 2021, Victoria developed a comprehensive People Operations framework and led diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as VP of People & Operations at Pager, where Victoria directed the employee lifecycle across the US and LATAM, and as Corporate Director of HR & Operational Engagement at Gansevoort Hotel Group, focusing on talent selection and leadership development across multiple regions. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Westminster, earned between 2002 and 2005.
