Cynthia Wallace has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on self-sufficiency, social work, adjudication, leadership development, and youth and job development. Currently serving as a Self Sufficiency Specialist and Adjudicator at DTA since June 2013, Cynthia has also previously worked as an Adjudicator at the Department of Unemployment Assistance from January 2012 to May 2013. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Management from Elms College and two associate degrees from Springfield Technical Community College in Clinical Laboratory Science and Liberal Arts.
