Jane Kommer, MA LMFT, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in therapy and client support. Currently serving at David Hoy & Associates since October 2021, Jane specializes in in-home therapy and outpatient services for children, adults, and families. Jane's previous roles include working as a therapist at Ellie Mental Health and multiple positions at David Hoy & Associates, where a strengths-based approach was employed to foster rapport and confidence. Jane also held positions as a domestic abuse advocate with Advocare, a team lead medical administrative secretary at Methodist Hospital, and a volunteer at the Chrysalis Center. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Metro State University, along with various degrees in legal studies and paralegal studies.
