Pamela Paris SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Pamela currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Davenport Group, where they provide executive-level leadership and guidance while setting and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Prior to this, Pamela worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Columbia Bank New Jersey. Pamela also spent several years at Allegis Global Solutions, where they served as a Recruitment Operations Leader and a Relationship Manager, working closely with stakeholders and senior HR leadership. Before that, Pamela worked as an HRBP/Executive Recruiter at AB Executive Search/CB Global Search/Teeman Perley Gilmartin, focusing on senior Global Banking professionals. Pamela began their career at New York University as a Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits, leading a team and overseeing benefits administration. Pamela also has experience as a Contract Generalist at Prada Group.

Pamela Paris, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Syracuse University. In February 2021, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
