Jason Bates is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate since October 2015, Jason specializes in assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Asset Manager at Greystone from May 2013 to August 2015, overseeing risk management for a portfolio of over 200 multifamily loans. Jason also served as Vice President at C-III Asset Management LLC from August 2005 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Austin College, a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from The University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
