Tom Nelson, CPA, is an experienced financial professional with a career spanning over two decades in various accounting and financial roles. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Daubert Chemical Company since June 2018, Tom previously held the position of Accounting Manager at Acme Industries, where responsibilities included financial reporting and budget preparation for a company with $70 million in annual sales. Earlier roles include Financial Analyst at Loparex LLC, where Tom managed comprehensive accounting functions and redesigned reporting processes for a $330 million sales organization. With foundational experience as a Staff Accountant at multiple firms, Tom developed skills in account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and internal controls.
